Agreement to Terms

Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for unlawful purposes or to violate any applicable law.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
- Upload or distribute harmful, abusive, or infringing content.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Security Commitments
We implement reasonable security measures (encryption in transit, access controls, logging, vulnerability management, employee training) to protect user data. However, no system is completely secure. We will not be liable for breaches resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, provided we have implemented and maintained reasonable security practices.
